Design Thinking Workshop 

CAMA was asked to lead a design workshop session for the Tenet Leadership Academy.  For this session, we had several primary objectives: 1) to inspire and demonstrate that creativity and design thinking can be an effective strategy for healthcare leaders within Tenet as part of daily operations with a patient/employee experience focus and 2) to share how we use empathy to change and delight in our work.
